Frequently Asked Sudsi Questions
1. Will my skin love your products?
We think so! Our formulas are made with gentle, nourishing ingredients that keep skin happy whatever your skin type. If you’re extra sensitive, just check the ingredient list and do a little patch test before diving in.
2. Are all your goodies vegan and cruelty-free?
Yup! Everything is cruelty-free (we never test on animals only on very willing humans). Most are vegan too, and if something contains honey or beeswax, we’ll make it crystal clear.
3. Do you use organic ingredients?
As much as possible! Our shea butter, almond oil, and essential oils are organic, and you’ll never find SLS, parabens, palm oil, or other synthetic nonsense in our recipes.
4. How long will my soap or butter last?
Depends how much you love them! Keep soaps dry between uses, store butters somewhere cool and away from sunlight, and they’ll keep you pampered for months.
5. What do you scent your products with?
Only the real deal pure, organic essential oils. No fake perfumes, just nature’s own aromatherapy magic.
6. Can I use them if I’m pregnant?
Many of our scents, like lavender, sweet orange, frankincense, grapefruit, and lemon, are considered pregnancy-friendly. That said, skin can be more sensitive during pregnancy, so we always recommend a patch test and a quick chat with your GP or an aromatherapist if you’re unsure.
7. Are your products kind to the planet?
Yes and proudly so! We use biodegradable ingredients, recyclable or reusable packaging, and small-batch production to keep waste low. Your skin gets the TLC it deserves, and the Earth gets a big hug too.
8. Do you do custom orders or gift sets?
We sure do! Whether it’s a quirky wedding favour, a birthday treat, or a whole hamper of coastal-inspired goodness, we can whip up something special just for you.
9. Where do your ingredients come from?
We source our organic, unrefined shea butter from a women’s cooperative in Ghana, supporting fair trade and local communities. Every ingredient is chosen with love for quality, ethics, and sustainability.
10. How should I store my goodies?
-
Soaps: Keep them on a draining dish — they hate soggy bottoms.
-
Scrubs: Lid on, cool dry place, no sneaky spoonfuls (tempting though).
-
Body Butters: Away from heat, unless you fancy a butter puddle.
